  3. Not really, it's money the government needs so it borrows it from the fed, the fed will no doubt sell this debt privately to try and finance the government loan. Therefore you are more in debt than before

  4.  @craigdaubbeats-rapinstrume9185  retirement fund? That sounds pretty unsafe in a market that thrives on debt, interest rates are low and your money is worth less everyday. Not that money is safe as a social security pension. Any suggestions as to where to invest it?
