@pennyworth9389 España no tiene ni un duro tonto, y su deuda es el 120% de su pib. Imaginate el control que pierde y cede. Y no compares a gran bretaña que está muy por encima y no está controlado por la UE, y tiene su propia moneda . Ni te das cuenta de lo que está pasando en tu propio país

@marcv2648 why? If it doesn't work out for Britain it won't, in any case you don't ignore a market next door and walk 3 miles to the next one, not clever. It's on our interest to be on friendly terms however difficult it may be

@marcv2648 competition is lowering living standards, you can blame China and India etc more than the EU. I migration is here to stay unless something is done and who ever has the dosh and control us in charge of that.

There could be a way out if the government taxed companies less and that surplus went to a private pension for the worker or in his pocket for him to invest or dispose of . Obviously the state pension would have to come down too but it would be a shared responsibility between everyone involved. There has to be a limit on pensions because as it is there is huge disparity, some retired people get huge pensions proportionate to their wages, and in all reality they could've made private arrangements with their high earnings. The problem is that people rely on the state pension without giving it a serious thought on its unsustainability, and that could land people in a lot of trouble
