There’s no point in discussing this situation. Nothing is going to change while we have this wet soft bollocks free government in place. They’re quite happy to have the ECHR call all the shots.

Lol, and from where are you observing the fall of England then?

@ Terry Mullins He’s obviously embarrassed to say where.

@ Michael White Pimp this nation of ours out to the appeasement of all you apologists.

@ Wundurra And what of ‘Human wrongs’ ? The ECHR no longer recognises the difference.

@ Wundurra The ECHR has become a useful tool for the Eu. Yes, it’s a separate body but the Eu has much influence within it which holds sway over our own courts and jurisdiction which impacts on our own governmental policies. And as for extradition when have we ever been able to remove those from our nation of late ? Certainly not under Kier Starmer who has opposed sending those back - ‘because of their human rights’ etc No, human rights have become very much a human wrongs, and it hasn’t worked in the UK’s best interests.

@ Andrew Kendall Both will do/ have done damage to the UK, but Labour will just ruin this nation much more faster.

@ Paddy Doesasia Indigenous people of Northern Ireland and in the south will become secondary citizens under the watchful eye of the ECHR too, in all good time.
