Cannot we just concentrate on people who are qualified to do the job regardless of colour or gender ? Is that so hard this day and age ?

@ Ronnie Texan That is true, I can confirm that this issue in question has caused discomfort in our workplace because of this.

@ Ronnie Texan Good for you. I can see one of our employees resigning soon because she has to take on two loads of work because of the ‘you know who’ very rarely turns up nowadays.

@ Valerie Grimshaw People in jobs under-qualified get found out at the end of the day. People loath to carry other colleges, they would walk out. This would cost company’s more time and money.
