Germany will be unlikely to get heavily involved in the conflict because of the Russian oil situation, which means the Eu will deliberately take a huge step back too. As for France …. They’ll be too busy seeing off all those lovely boats to the Uk.

@ Timothy Watson Good point. In fact it looks like the whole of the Eu have banned the import from Russia of refined petroleum products, such as diesel fuel from early Feb this year. Still, both nations are going to sit back on this conflict for quite a while.
