  3. Fantastic debate here. Either way it’s a lose-lose situation. On one side there is little faith in our own Courts of law, and on the other side same goes with our politicians. S.Javid’s action to deport Begum without facing trial has weakened the standing of our courts which opens the doors to further questioning and scrutiny. However the ECHR has the final say in these matters at the end of the day, now that she has ‘flipped’ so we’re going to end up taking her back over here for the sake of her safety, but not ours of course. Thank god for HR lawyers, eh? Where would we be without them. A lot safer of course is the answer to that one.
