Becuz Japan gave up on performance cars since the 2010s Take a good look at the current Subaru WRXs, they"re dull looking,heavy and slow becuz they thought that Mitsubishi stop the Lancer Evolution production would provide them breathing room, while they completely ignored other manufacturers that are producing similar yet superior cars , dont get me started with the Nissan Z and GTRs
