Right from the beginning of his rule when he fuel bombed Chechen civilians in Katyr Yurt under a ceasefire agreement he has shown himself to be a genocidal psychopath. In 2014 Russian troops slaughtered unarmed surrendered Ukrainian troops in Ilovaisk in Donbas. That’s near where MH17 crashed. Another 298 innocent civilians murdered by Putin. Two Holocaust survivors were murdered by Putin in May in Mariupol. Putin did something Hitler couldn’t do. Zelensky is chicken feed compared to fascist child murderer Putin.
