@Gotwoh3ll Syria asked Russia to enter the war in the Middle East. No different Ukraine asking America. But of course they can’t because that would be a trigger for a nuclear war. Russia could use tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine and still NATO would do nothing in retaliation.
