As the planet continues to warm rapidly due to anthropogenic CO2 emissions there is more water vapour in the atmosphere. Intense rainfall events are increasing due to Climate Change.

@Prognosis__ It’s just a fact. For every one degree C of warming, which we’ve had, there is an increase of seven percent water vapour in the atmosphere. What goes up must come down. As water vapour is a Greenhouse Gas it’s also a positive feedback for warming.

@sanctifyme4543 The warmest eight years globally on the instrumental record have been in the last eight years. Nineteen of the hottest twenty years globally on the instrumental record have been since 2000. Every decade for the last seventy years has been warmer than the previous decade.
