  2.  @KyFiGz  Yes. You can be deleted, banned from commenting on YouTube for a day or permanently banned. I’ve been permanently banned nine times. You can avoid the algorithm. For instance someone calls me Peter File every day. Other than that it’s the content provider who gets you permanently banned. My list is Sky News six times, Shapiro twice and Mark Dice I think.
