  2. Putin’s insane war is a tactical and strategic failure. All he has achieved is a bloodier extension of the Donbas and Luhansk war, degraded his military and created a stronger NATO. That doesn’t mean his genocidal war against the Ukrainian people isn’t destroying Ukraine.
