  6. You got that right. How does a driver NOT SEE 3 people ON or very near the road? How does 3 people not know or hear a pickup truck coming towards them, and not take evasive action? Or maybe they did? Did the driver slow down as he approached people on or near the road, if not then why not? Was the driver using a phone? Did the kid have earphones on? Did the father think the driver was 100% at fault? If he did is he be correct? Dawn was at 6:06am, accident at about 6:30am, what was the visibility with all the trees?
