Also, there was talks to be held that day, and it's rumored that they may depose Maduro, and replace him with a Druze from Syria, with the help of both China and Russia. An oil spike will bring this new guy in. Evidently, Russia is pulling the strings the most. The Venezuelans would have a Syrian as president of their socialist country, which Putin pulled the strings of. It's nothing new, and has happened several times in SA. The source also stated that there would be elevated travel warning for Mexico, Panama, and several other places. We'll see if he's right.
