I've heard and read a lot of crackpot theories behind communist countries failing (It's the Jews, etc), and many don't understand how many communist countries there are, but Styx is correct, in that it isn't capitalism at the root of their failure, it's their communist politics and economics. People may not know this, but it was the Communist Party USA who was behind Occupy Wall Street, and they take full credit for that sit in and rioting. They are within the Democratic Party like a bad syphilis infection. If you want a real eye-opener, look into Assad's political party in Syria, the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party. That party is part of a coalition of communist parties known as the National Progressive Front, which originates from the old Syrian Communist Party. Communism was banned until Assad lifted it in the 1986, and they crawled into bed with Russia. There are ten Communist Party factions within the NPF. Iraq and Iran have the same party within, as do several other states in the Middle-East. Did you ever notice how Kim started firing his missiles off after we went to Turkey, and advanced into northern Syria? It wasn't just over war games in South Korea. From what I've read, the Communists still control about 1/2 the Duma in Russia. Now, you know why Tulsi Gabbard went to Syria, and why she is now spewing vitriol about Trump. That is why Obama, Clinton, and many others in the Democratic Party, are very friendly with Syria and others in the Middle East. That is why Clinton and Podesta have big ties to Russia.
