I wouldn't trust anything that comes out about Kavanaugh, or any other DC figure for that matter, as the group behind that was guilty of not only lying about many things, but were guilty of knowingly doing these very things themselves. Those new Amtrak lines are designed to put electrified rail transit into place, to kill off fossil fuel. The Europeanization of the US, which is just as the UN wants it, as well as the nuclear industry, which the government controls.
