  1. Since the days of Tammany Hall, violence and coercion have been the the D's MO. It became much worse, when a sudden influx of Europeans came, especially from the east, and brought their radicalism with them in the late 1800s. Their big thing was creating labor unions and guilds, and organizing protests and violence. That led to the creation of the Social Democratic Party of America, the CPUSA, and today's DSA. It's why certain groups, such as BLM, have direct ties to the Saudi's Red Prince, and the Baath Party. The history of lower Brooklyn (Brighton Beach and Coney Island) tells the tale of this lot.

  2.  @Pause4pot  I've been waiting for that. Bombings, and police killings, were done in the past, (60s to the 80s) by the BLA and the Weather Underground. The old Black Liberation Army, and Black Liberation Movement, are the BLM of today, rebranded.

  4.  @phonewithoutquestion80  Notice how that is tied to religious extremism or zealotry? The movements in the US started that way too, under two religions. Now, for those that claim to be secular, their politics are their religion. It's completely cultish. In the far-left east, they like erecting huge statues of their leaders, and developing cults of personalities. They did this with Lenin and Stalin, too. It happened similarly, in Ger###y, before the end of WWII. That's the other branch of socialism there. The two extremes, and both still exist within the same lot you're speaking of.
