The Grizzly Steppe report had no IP addresses, just a list of hackers monikers, and only showed a bit of code that they call the Yara signature in PHP code (Hypertext Preprocessor), but just before, they state that "Actors likely associated with RIS are continuing to engage in spearphishing campaigns". Notice the word "likely". They also admit it was done by spear phishing, not actually hacking, such as using a brute force attack, etc. Phishing is social engineering, or fooling someone into accepting malware or giving out their login info.
"Spear phishing is an email that appears to be from an individual or business that you know. But it isn't. It's from the same criminal hackers who want your credit card and bank account numbers, passwords, and the financial information on your PC."
You are correct, in that this is over morons in the DNC and those working for Hillary, who were visiting websites such as porn, etc, or clicking on attachments in e-mails. Anyone could see how that, IMO, pervert, Podesta would fall for it. Also, they will never admit that they had a leak, which gave the files to Wikileaks via Craig Murray.
