Propaganda: C2: Opinion Sampling 1. Propaganda Depends On Facts. The propaganda worker must know the facts of the political situation. (Cf. C.1) The propagandist's treatment of those facts is influenced by the opinions of the public to which propaganda is addressed. Methods of investigating opinions quickly and accurately form the subject of this talk. 5. The Random Sampling Method c) Check Fact Rather Than Opinion People are not reliable guides to their own opinions. In fact, on matters not violently affecting personal advantage, most people tend to give either the answer they think you want or an answer that does them credit. People's actions are a more reliable guide to their opinions than their words. E.G. Don't ask people their opinion of R.A.F. leaflets. Find out whether they pass them on. Source: Syllabus of the Special Training Schools of the Special Operations Executive (SOE). (These same methods were taught to the OSS, and later, the CIA, etc.). Needless to say, public polls can be used as propaganda as well.

All part of one large government propaganda campaign, which included public actions to make one remember the propaganda. Those actions were from BLM, Antifa, violence, and senate hearings. All of it designed to make us remember it, as if one only read about it, we would quickly forget it, and go onto something else. This is what is actually taught to a propagandist student in special ops.
