The created the NFA as a tax, to skirt the 2nd Amendment, in 1934. The BATFE is still under the IRS. In 1968, it became the BATF. Since 1968, the left has done nothing but try to destroy gun rights across the US. It is nothing but a method used by Lenin and Stalin, along with other dictators, to disarm the public.
