  1. What the sanctuary city plan boils down to, is Culture 21 (Agenda 21 for Culture), which you never hear mentioned. What they did, was go to the cities mayors, not the state or federal government, to pull it off. One can download the Culture 21 e-book from the UN and read it. It is a plan designed at forcing cultural diversity on the nations, whether we want it or not. It disregards both state and federal law, in place of UN law.
