  1. The IRS case (Lois Lerner) was just settled, and the government lost. One of the biggest Supreme Court cases about illegal immigrants was also just settled, and the ACLU, along with the 9th Circuit, just lost. Illegal immigrants can be held indefinitely, without bail. Obama's scandals are in full view of the public.

Though Obama claimed that US citizens would receive due process, his words mean nothing, if the government wishes to label anyone a terrorist, or claim that someone supports or aids another who is belligerent against the US, such as supporting another country or radical group. We dodged a bullet in 2016, but then again, groups such as Antifa and BLM need to worry about this now. Trump could have had every one of them arrested and detained them for as long as he wished.
