You do not see why the POTUS uses that language. It causes his opponents to become unhinged, and do, or state, things that they normally wouldn't. Better yet, it causes his opponents to turn upon each other, and spill the beans. We have already witnessed this between Lynch and Comey, and Comey and Brennan. This is old school corporate politics used when you want to remove certain bad employees. The POTUS also has others working with him on this, which is the very thing that you will see when an unruly employee is brought into the front office and collared. It is a version of the good cop - bad cop routine.
At one time, I was a union steward, and I have seen his methods play out in the front office several times. Believe me, it works wonders, and it is psychological warfare at its best.
