When one nationalizes (steals) the industries away from the industrialists and bankers, who invest and build global heavy industry, (Capitalists), and they try to run it themselves with funny paper money, (Socialists), and with no industrialist or banking backing from those that they just stole from and booted out, then you have a Venezuela.
