  1. Do I smell a malpractice and defamation suit in the air? Why, someone could even lose their narcotics license, and even their state license in Connecticut, but, of course, as left as Connecticut went, I doubt the latter. Though, the DEA issues narcotics licenses, so this shink may be up the creek.
