  1. They can't deal with life in no other way. The same people that became today's Left, and they're in both parties, and not conservatives, are the old corrupt northern collectivist Federalists under Hamilton of long ago. They were who the conservative Jeffersonian Republicans (different than what became the GOP) kept under their heel until just before the Civil War. The Federalists' constant government overreach, their collectivization, their dropping of the strict interpretation of the Constitution and law, their political corruption with the "aristocrats," as Jackson called it, their disregard for state's rights, and their taxes and tariffs led to secession, and eventually, the Civil War.

  2.  @jhoughjr1  Still, to this day, the Federalist Leftists claim that the states are not sovereign. Of course, if that were true, the states would have no constitutions, nor state laws. They're corrupt liars, and have been from the founding of this nation. They have to keep creating one myth and lie after another to support what they claim, when documented history, reason, and science proves otherwise. They literally live in a world of lies, delusion, and self denial.

  3.  @markzuckergecko621  Spot on. One can almost always spot a realist thinker when speaking with someone, as they do not continually have a debate going on inside their mind. Their mind will be nice and quiet, unless performing some task. The unrealistic are never at peace. A realist sees things as they are, and they accept them. I imagine the unrealistic's denial of what they see or feel is what triggers that constant debate. I've actually had people tell me that they cannot stop thinking, and always have a voice muttering in their head about something or other. I would not doubt that this could turn into schizophrenia under the correct circumstances.

  4. There's a huge difference between critical thinking, and critical theory. Those that are using the race card, have been using it since the Civil War, and it's all political. They're also the same people that support a huge centralized and usurping big brother government, and their ideology is known as Federalism.
