Socialism has always been a scam started by a few to rob many. The idea is to do away with the middle-class, and have only two classes, the poor and very rich, where the latter runs the government. Jefferson, before he died, wrote about how he despised what had happened in France, and later, under Napoleon. He finally saw that some of his beliefs were not workable over the corrupt.
