  2. This has been occurring since the Federalists first existed in New England. A bunch of greedy Anglican WASPs loyal to the crown, who had a holier than thou attitude. It was they that started the Civil War, and tried to run roughshod over the government. We still have the likes of them, today, and that British connection is still important.
