Next, what US president signed a bill into law, under a title claiming it was about countering Russian propaganda, which allowed foreign nations and NGOs, to interfere in the US media? Was it the same president that signed off on another bill, which gutted the Smith-Mundt Act?

@Paul T Some have claimed that he was grown, like a weed, for the job since he was young, by the Ds. He also has a very shady college and travel past. If his mother was a poor burlesque dancer, where did the money come from? . One must ask the same question about WJC. If he was a "poor boy from Hope," how did he get the money to attend Georgetown (and live in DC), know the right people to dodge Vietnam, and be sent to Oxford, have a rape case covered up at Oxford, go on to Yale, then become a young AG at Arkansas, then the Governor? Millions of dollars invested there.
