  1. I doubt that any AG will do this. They tried it back in the Clinton administration, with Dan Rostenkowski. That started a witch hunt on both sides, and it ended with the GOP going after Bill Clinton. Congresspeople are guilty of many illegal acts, and if they go after Hillary, it will kick off accusations and investigations by both sides again, which neither want. Investigations are what should happen, and it's close to it, but the AG has to prosecute. However, Sessions, or any other AG, will remember those days, and so will the President.
