  1. True. The big cities in Canada are in its southern lands. They used to have large tobacco farms in parts of it.

  2. Quebec has threatened to secede and join the US for years. The French don't get on well with the British-tied at Ottawa, and that goes back to when the British took Canada and booted out the French, who became the Cajuns.
