  1. There's one sticking point about the espionage act. Intent is not required to break that law. That has been verified by several attorneys and judges. In essence, Comey spoke outside of his job description, as the FBI is not there to interpret the law, only to investigate, and turn their findings over to the Attorney General. Thus, it was the Attorney General who would decide if a law was broken, and then take it before a Grand Jury. The AG, Hillary, and Obama used Comey as their mouthpiece, and that is why he wrote that letter to Congress, to get even. They ruined his career, and he ruined theirs. Now, Judicial Watch should have waited until after January 20th to take this to court, as this may force a pardon by Obama.
