Why does Wikipedia have several websites, and servers, based upon the area/nation, and a person is not allowed to post an article, according to their rules, if it does not have significance for that area or nation from another area or nation? . Why doesn't Wikipedia have an all-inclusive encyclopedia for the world? How do you control the spread of information? Do intel agencies not compartmentalize information to control its flow? What can be learned from their other sites, such as, say, in France? Do the French have information about the end of WWII that America's Wikipedia does not? What about the other nations? .
