The real truth about the so-called religious politicians, especially Progressives, since about 1945, has been their belief in Unitarianism and their New Age perennial philosophy, which might as well not be a religion at all. It is the basis of the globalist ideal for a one-world religion. In fact, it combines the many religion's theologies into one and allows one to ignore most of the old orthodox Christian church doctrine. Homosexuality, same-sex marriage, marital affairs, divorce, females as pastors, abortion, etc, all approved. It's the religion with the loosest morals of all, and it's that of the libertines.
