  1. The big problem is DC, itself, as within that 5 x 10 mile rectangle, 95% of the public voted for HRC. If a capitol ever needed to be moved, it's this one, though it would quickly turn to squalor and ruin. Within three days, the Lincoln Memorial would be covered in graffiti, and it would become Baltimore II.
