The truth about why the US military is all over the world can be traced back to the Atlantic Charter and the creation of the UN under the guise of Lend-Lease.
"cash-and-carry" / Neutrality Act of 1939:
In September of 1939, Roosevelt persuaded Congress to pass a "cash-and-carry" provision that allowed warring nations to buy U.S. arms as long as they paid cash and transported them in their own ships. This was done in spite of many in the US not wanting these sales to happen.
Lend-Lease Act:
By late 1940, however, Britain had no more cash to spend in the arsenal of "democracy." Roosevelt tried to help by suggesting a new plan that he called a lend-lease policy. Under this plan, the president would lend or lease arms and other supplies to "any country whose defense was vital to the United States. The act was passed in 1941.
Atlantic Charter / "A Declaration of the United Nations":
The Atlantic Charter was a joint declaration released by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill on August 14, 1941 following a meeting of the two heads of state in Newfoundland. Although Churchill hoped for a military commitment, he settled for a joint declaration of war aims, called the Atlantic Charter. Both countries pledged the following: collective security, disarmament, self-determination, economic cooperation, and freedom of the seas. The Atlantic Charter became the basis of a new document called "A Declaration of the United Nations." The term United Nations was suggested by Roosevelt to express the common purpose of the Allies, those nations that had fought the Axis powers. The declaration was signed by 26 nations, "four-fifths of the human race" observed Churchill.
Essentially, the US became the world police through the UN. GHW Bush stated that he would revitalize the US role as the world police for the New World Order (UN). The UN was the NWO 2, as the failed League of Nations was the first. It was all pre-planned, and the idea of a NWO dates back to the 1800s, before Cecil Rhodes, though Rhodes and Milner brought it into life.
