  1. You can indict a ham sandwich because it's based upon two things, a gullible grand jury, and a corrupt prosecutor and/or judge. To be honest, the judge should have stopped this in its tracks, or maybe, even the Governor. These are leftists that have no morals, however, and you'll find the mayors and county officials involved deeply with the D Party as well. It has become a joke in the press, worldwide, where different nations are openly talking about this D Party corruption, and are appalled by it.
