  1. What this is really about is state's rights. It's still the old fight between Hamilton's Federalists (The Leviathan) and Jefferson's Republicans. It's the fight between a big-brother, all-controlling, central government, and individual state governments which have their own constitutions. I side with Jefferson.

  2. What problem do they have with changing the thinking and law in their state? That is what this is really about, and we have a press that is deep within the Federalist's all-controlling pocket, which wants to control every state.
