  1. The US intel report, leaked by Wikileaks, stated that it was only an "analysts opinion," that the Russians gained access to the DNC server. What it looked like, was that they traced the IP addresses to a Russian proxy server, which means that it could have been anyone in the world, such as Iran, NK, or, especially, China, who used a Russian proxy to hide their identity. The Russian hacker they laid it on, was in prison. China has been busy hacking US defense and industry servers for years and stealing designs to use in their military projects. They think that China did this with their new stealth fighter. It was that, or a spy who gained access to the designs, or someone here sold the design to them. In Washington DC, and inside the defense industry, money talks.
