This could be thrown out in a higher court. The judge ordering the jury to see the piece of metal as a machine gun is enough to do it, as a part or piece of metal is not a gun. This was a Wisconsin court, so... What the man created, when cut out and put together, was a modified sear disconnector or auto sear, which is a part, and not a gun. No, this is from Obama, as he threatened to go after anyone that could educate the public about how full auto worked. I was the mod for the gunsmith section of a popular gun forum for a few years, and quit over it.
