What legislation? An EO is not legislation, it only directs agencies, and it's a smoke screen, but it does direct the AG to work with others to create a new law. You hurt them by going after their wallet, which the POTUS said that he fully intends on doing. That is tax dollars that have been pumped into the social media platforms from the beginning. He could also go after foreign funding, say, from China. Plus, there are a multitude of other ways, which he wields, to go after an opponent.

It was just announced by Ted Cruz, that he has asked for an investigation into Twitter and Dorsey, by the DOJ, over Twitter violating the sanctions on Iran. This is one of those tools that I was speaking of.
