  1. Believe it or not, I believe that this is an edict from the US Govt/administrative state, itself, especially from certain congressional committees and the intel community, not Google. This edict, I believe, is coming from the national socialists within government, which are in both parties, and were behind investing federal money into Silicon Valley (partial ownership). From the days of FDR and onward, that ideology has been growing within the Federal Govt, and they started achieving their goal, which is State Capitalism in certain sectors.
