  1. That's their entire problem, denial. Their minds are so screwed up, that they wallow in denial about reality, and themselves, twenty-four hours per day. That, and their depression, are why they follow the new religion of the state, which they hope will save them. That was why socialism grew out of religion as well, even though some of the movement's early thinkers, such as Rousseau, were the most immoral people of the time.
