  1. It will trace back to a proxy server, probably located in Russia, just like the claims before. Where the hops lead to after the proxy server could be anywhere, including China. It's well known that China, Russia, Iran, and NK work together. There's no way to know, if the proxy server company doesn't reveal its records. Not long back was another story about NK hacking, and I believe there was one about Iran, too.
