  1. Rogers is one of the few that has my respect, as he was who put forth two bills to pull the US out of the UN after 2016, and boot them off US soil.

  2. I don't know, as when a Rep addresses Congress, they actually address, and speak to, the Speaker. Could you imagine the looks on the faces of those on the left, who would have to stand and address 45 for long and drawn-out diatribes? Especially, when they know he holds the gavel?
