  1. That "sonic device" was actually used by the Russians, in Moscow, against the US Embassy there. It's not sonic, but directed microwave energy. They were essentially being irradiated and made sick. That was quickly hushed up, though. There is a declassified report on the Moscow incident. It's certainly not a far stretch to assume that Russia gave the technology to Cuba. I could also see the US claiming that it was something "sonic," in order to keep the embassy staffed, as, cough, the spy network must be kept going. The Democrats and Neocons are in a panic, as it will be eight years of stalling their globalist initiative, if not the destruction of it. Much of it is based upon our "special relationship" with Britain, and the machinations of the CFR and Chatham House, which pull the UN's strings. If that relationship was ever destroyed, Europe would be forced to fend for themselves. Thus, they are deadly scared of that, especially with Britain's involvement in spying on Trump, and the involvement of Steele.
