A "leader" is there to push a narrative for a movement, and to follow one, you will only learn what they want you to know, which will be packed with many outright lies, lies by omission, and half-truths. One is, essentially, following a cult, and that is how every religion operates, especially when quoting others from the outside. Critical Thinking 101.
