The only two groups that I know of, (and the first doesn't do it much), to use the CIA label are the Scientologists and the SDA. They see spooks hiding under their beds. Myself, if the CIA has a good director, who is normal and not politically controlled, then I see them as a positive asset, and I back up much of what they've done, but not all of it. Certain types of blackmail and the drugs, as well as operating inside the US are huge no-nos, though I understand why they went there.
If he was an asset, he'd be wearing aviator sunglasses and a Panama hat with that shirt. They could never shake that Vietnam days look, nor how they speak.

@fattyjaybird7505 Icke has too many connections to the press and TV, especially with the BBC, which they use to discredit info that may harm the British Govt. Tie the info to a crackpot, and there you have it, instant conspiracy theory.
Alex Jones worked at a studio, I was told, that was tied to Jerome Corsi. Jones' attorney called Jones a "performance artist" in court. He does similar things as Icke.
Disinformation is part of the old dirty tricks tactics used in campaigns on both sides, or to discredit movements. Corsi, whose father was Polish and far left, seemed to promote gossip against communism throughout his career. Corsi, and others, tried to invest in Poland after the Soviet Union collapsed, but the business failed.
Corsi and Maxwell were from the same ethnic "group" and fought against the spread of communism, but some from their group leaned hard right in Europe, and were involved with some very bad people (ex-NSDAP).
