  1. I would not put it past the Democrats and neocons being in bed with Russia, and wanting another cold war. I'm sure that Putin might like to see it come back, as that would fire up their military arms industry again, and put a lot of rubles into his pocket, including his cronies there and here. If a thorough investigation was performed, on congress, I would bet that one will find many investments in Russia, especially on the left. A few have already came to light. The banks would love it, as they would be loaning the money to both governments. There are some large cities in Russia, which were built just for the cold war. One in particular is Severodvinsk , where they build their nuclear subs. There are several others, but those cities are hurting, and not seeing the money that they used to see. A new cold war would see the city booming again, and I'm sure Groton, Ct. would see it that way too.
