  1. Ask yourself this, what did the founding fathers have to say about the SC, and many after, all the way up to Jackson, and later, with the politicos leading up to the Civil War? What was said about state's rights, and did those states ever give those rights up? Is the US still a republic under a state compact, or is it one Federal state, where the states are merely counties under one central authority? Do the states still have their own constitutions and separate law?
